Leasing & Applications

Our community is open during business hours. No appointments are required to tour the community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to ensure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions.

Please note: Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.

We have very low availability and only allow people to apply when there is an apartment available. We do not have a waitlist, we rent on a first come first serve basis, you can check back as much as you want availability can change at any time

We require that you make 2  times the amount of the rent. 

We require a completed application, valid photo ID, proof of income 2 the rent, and a background and credit check.

Yes, our application fee is $44 per applicant. This is non-refundable and covers the cost of screening

The standard security deposit is $200 for a 1 bedroom, $300 for a 2 bedroom, $400 for a 3 bedroom, but this may vary based on credit and rental history. Additional deposits  apply for pets or other special circumstances.

Yes, we charge a non-refundable administrative fee of $250, which covers the cost of processing your lease and preparing your move-in.

Yes,  We wouldn't be complete without our favorite furry residents! Restrictions apply

Rent & Payments

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. There is a grace period till the 6th of the month before late fees are assessed on the 7th
 

Rent can be paid online through our resident portal, by check,Money Order,  or through automatic withdrawal.

6-12 months

We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6-12 months. 

We require a 20 day written notice and a lease break fee that is 1 months rent  There are additional details in your lease agreement.

Community Amenities

Yes, we have assigned parking

Yes! We welcome pets with a $350 pet deposit, $175 refundable $175 non refundable per pet, 2 pet max Breed and weight restrictions apply.

There are no laundry facilities because our homes come with washer and dryer in the home.

You can submit requests through the resident portal or by calling the leasing office during business hours. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7.

We aim to respond to all non-emergency requests within 24–48 hours.
